James Ibori, former Governor of Delta state is set to be released from prison in London, the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016.
According to THE NATION, Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and other big wigs are already preparing to receive Ibori back home.
Investigations revealed that his key allies and supporters in prominent political positions were preparing to resuscitate his businesses and stalled projects.
